The Vanderbilt Legends Club Golf Shop is also the premier place to purchase your favorite Ron Gonser-Golf Operations Manager Ron Gonser, Golf Operations Manager, joined Vanderbilt Legends Club in 1997 after retiring from Southern California Edison. He is a native of Torrance California and now resides in Bethesda, Tennessee. Gonser has held the position of Ranger and Shop Manager. He is currently Golf Operations Manager and has held this title since January of 2008. He holds a degree in Business Management and has served our great country in the US Army during Vietnam. Kass Kovalcheck-Assistant Golf Professional Kass Kovalcheck joined Vanderbilt Legends Club in September 2005 as our Golf Shop Attendant. He was promoted as our Assistant Golf Professional in May 2006 to assist with day to day operation, teaching, and tournament operation. Kass has notable experience prior to joining our winning team. He served as Assistnat Golf Professional at the University Club of South Carolina and at Charwood Country Club. He was also owner of TournaPro Golf. Kass is a PGA Apprentice and a Certified Titleist Club Fitter. He is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, attended the University of South Carolina and is involved in Special Olympics Golf. Brian Hollingshead-Assistant Golf Professional Brian Hollingshead is a new Assistant Professional, coming to us from Indianapolis, IN. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. He spent 2009 as the 1st Assistant at The Sagamore Club in Indianapolis and obtained his PGA membership in early 2010. Jena Spenske-Assistant Golf Professional Jena Spenske is originally from St. Charles, IL (Chicago suburb). She grew up in a golfing family, playing golf since the age of 10 years old. She has earned a Marketing degree with a concentration in Professional Golf Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Jena Graduated in May of 2010 & joined our staff immediately after. Scott Fort-Merchandiser Scott Fort, Merchandiser, began his career with Vanderbilt Legends Club in May 1998. He began as a Sales Clerk, was promoted to Merchandise Assistant in 2006 and took over the Merchandising and Buying position in 2008. Scott has award-winning experience in the sales and merchandising field working for Quicksilver Swimwear and Catalina Swimwear/Sportswear, being named Salesman of the Year several times. He boasts a Business/Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and stays involved in charitable events like Artrageous, Uncorked for 2nd Harvest Food Bank, the Franklin Wine Festival, and he devotes time to Happy Tales (pet humane organization). Scott is a Nashville Native and resides in Brentwood, Tennessee.
